Wir, Papa & Maus, sind ein Hamburger Vater und Tochter Duo, das mit einem Stilmix aus Jazz, Blues, Boogie, Volksmusik und Klassik aufwartet. Alle Lieder auf diesem Album sind unsere ganz eigenen Versionen von bekannten deutschen Volks- und Kinderliedern und Klassikern - vorwiegend mit Gesang, teils instrumental und immer mit dem charakteristischen GROOVE :D

Die Produktion des Albums übernahm Papa, der auch alle Instrumentalstimmen der 12 Songs einspielte. Um den Gesang kümmerte sich die Maus, mit zeitweiser Unterstützung des Ersteren.

We, Papa & Maus, are a German-based father and daughter duo, which respresents a style that mashes up jazzy, bluesy, boogie, folk and classical elements. All of the tracks of this album are our own very personal versions of well known german folk songs, children songs and classics - predominantly featuring vocals, some of them instrumental and all about the GROOVE :-D

All of the instrumental tracks for the 12 songs were recorded by Papa, who also took care of the production of the album. The singing parts all feature the daughter AKA Maus with some backup of her Papa.
